Hot & Fit 100: More Than a Launch Party

Every year, the Inside Fitness Hot & Fit 100 Launch Party feels a little surreal.

What many people don’t know is that I’ve been producing this event for over 15 years — and truthfully, it’s my baby.

From venue planning and sponsorships to guest experience and the hundreds of moving pieces behind the scenes, this event has been such a huge part of my journey in media, fitness, and events.

But my favourite part? Watching it all come to life.

Seeing familiar faces, reconnecting with friends in the industry, celebrating incredible people, and watching a room full of driven, passionate individuals come together never gets old.

After all these years, it still gives me butterflies — and reminds me exactly why I love creating memorable experiences for people.
